About the role:

Relfor labs products are one stop shop company for following products.

- Devourin: Restaurant management software.

- Respark: Salon management software.

- T-Rex: Digital marketing agency

- Birbal: AI product

- Dymato: Premium car servicing product

You will be mainly involved in the Devorin and respark customer support.

Our platform offers a wide range of products - Godirekt, Respark, POS & Billing, Inventory & Recipe

Management, Captain and Hostess App, CRM, Que Management to name a few.

Responsibilities:

  • Support to clients is offered 24x7 by having 3 shifts in rotation, so that we can attend to our

clients at any given time. However, applicants should be willing to volunteer to step in and

provide support outside of his/her work hours on the off chance that a need arises.

  • You will be working on one the most of the critical activities where you will be responsible

for;

  • Setting up cloud environment
  • Installing and configuring Windows/Linux machines
  • Configuring full stack
  • Setting up customer databases
  • Moving product from test bed to production
  • Troubleshooting customer environments

You will be expected to;

  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of existing and new technologies and be able to

tie the design and implementation of infrastructure to the installed products.

  • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills (the ability to think logically through a problem)

and must have the initiative, perseverance and commitment to see problems through to

resolution.

  • Working closely with the Engineering team to understand the product requirements.
  • Performs end to end testing of the products
  • Troubleshoot and fix the customer issues in a timely manner
  • Work closely with account managers

Candidate requirements:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and assist various channels such as email, chat, and phone to

troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers

and Stay informed about product updates, features, and industry trends.

  • Knowledge of MySQL databases, including installation, configuration, and performance

optimization, and troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues promptly.

  • Basic Knowledge of Apache Tomcat and Java
  • The responsibilities include resolving hardware issues, and network issues and using remote

desktop connections to provide immediate support to customers through troubleshooting

steps and resolutions.

  • Basic Linux servers OS knowledge, ensuring their stability, security, and optimal performance

to Perform routine system maintenance tasks and software updates.
