Job Description

The candidate will be a Dynatrace support engineer responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the effective use of Dynatraces monitoring and performance management platform.

As a Dynatrace Support Engineer, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise for our clients using the Dynatrace platform.

Your role is crucial in helping customers maximize the value of Dynatraces Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tool by resolving issues related to application performance, configuration, and deployment.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and an innovative thinker with a strong focus on client relationships, quality of delivery and a continuous focus on improving existing processes, procedures and applications.

Provide Tier 1 & 2 technical support: Respond to customer issues related to Dynatrace setup, configuration, performance monitoring, and reporting tools.


Troubleshooting and diagnostics: Identify, diagnose, and resolve problems in application performance, infrastructure monitoring, and log management using Dynatrace. Investigate complex technical issues and provide timely solutions to ensure minimal disruption to client operations.


Monitor and analyze system performance: Assist in the deployment of Dynatrace agents and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for applications, servers, database, and network components.


Configure and optimize Dynatrace dashboards: Help clients set up customized dashboards, alerts, and reports to meet their monitoring needs and provide insights into system health and performance.


Incident management and root cause analysis: Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and provide solutions for recurring issues.
Collaborate with cross functional teams:

Work with development, operations, and IT teams to improve the overall performance and reliability of applications.


Self-motivated, innovative, and a self-starter.


Ability to work in a team environment and partner with development and support teams globally.


Strong problem-solving and communication skills.


Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment where time to delivery and/or resolution is short.
