Additionally, the Chicago Tribune has consistently named us a TopWorkplace for the past 12 years.Job Description: Inventory Analysis Rebalancing:1) Monitor inventory levels at various distribution centers and warehouses. 2) Rebalance stock from the main distribution center to satellite warehouse sites based on demand and stock levels. Stock Transfer Order Maintenance:1) Oversee and maintain open stock transfer orders (STOs), ensuring timely execution and tracking across the system. 2) Follow up with warehouses and distribution centers on STO statuses and resolve any related issues. Reporting:1) Generate and analyze reports related to inventory levels, stock transfers, and warehouse performance. 2) Create dashboards and provide insights to support decision-making. Process Improvement:1) Identify opportunities for process improvement in inventory management and warehouse coordination. Cross-functional Collaboration:1) Liaise with warehouse teams, suppliers, and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth stock transfer operations. 2) Coordinate with procurement and vendor management teams for any issues related to P2P processes.Technical activities Work experience required: Experience with 3-8 years in Supply chain management. Hands on to SAP MM. MS Office, especially Excel, VBA, Macros, PowerPoint. At least Bachelor s degree in Engineering/ Sciences/ Business/ Operations Management. Fluent with concepts, processes and terminology of MRP, Purchasing, Vendor Relations Management Inventory Management. Excellent skills in oral and written communications and presentations. Able to communicate clearly and effectively to external stakeholders including non-native English speakers, senior executive management, and all other levels of personnel throughout the organization. Able to work well on own initiative or as part of a team with different cultural and national backgrounds.
