Job Description

Become an integral part of Supertrust Homes Pvt. Ltd. as a Portfolio Manager, contributing to the growth and success of our Real Estate endeavors. We are dedicated to building and managing a diverse portfolio, and we are seeking an individual with exceptional financial acumen and strategic thinking to join our team.

Responsibilities: Portfolio Management:

Analyze and manage the companys real estate portfolio, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.

Conduct financial analyses, risk assessments, and market research to guide portfolio decision-making.

Investment Strategy:

Develop and implement investment strategies to enhance the overall value of the portfolio.

Performance Monitoring:

Monitor the performance of existing assets, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategic adjustments.

Stakeholder Communication:

Effectively communicate portfolio performance, strategies, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

Strong financial analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
