Brand Category Head (P&L Leader)

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for overseeing the performance and profitability of the brand category, focusing on innovative marketing strategies, compelling brand storytelling, and exceptional customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:

- P&L Management: Oversee financial performance and drive profitability for the brand category.
- Brand Strategy Development: Craft and implement strategic plans to elevate brand visibility and market share.
- Marketing and Customer Engagement: Develop innovative marketing campaigns and enhance customer interaction to foster brand loyalty.
- Product Management: Collaborate on product development to ensure alignment with market needs and brand vision.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Partnerships & Collaboration: Build and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance brand reach and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- MBA from a top-tier university preferred, with at least 5 years of relevant D2C or industry experience
- Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role, ideally within the D2C or Comfort Tech sectors
- Strong understanding of P&L management and financial acumen
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience leading teams of at least two
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
