4. Job Summary
   We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 7 to 12 years of experience to join our
   team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in OpenShift, Azure Public Cloud Admin, and
   .NET. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site, with no travel
   required. The candidate will work in a day shift, contributing to impactful projects that drive
   our companys success.
   Responsibilities
   Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using .NET technologies.
   - Oversee the deployment and management of applications on the Azure Public Cloud.
   - Utilize OpenShift for container orchestration and management.
   - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
   - Ensure the security and compliance of cloud-based applications.
   - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
   - Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices.
   - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
   - Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development,
   testing, and deployment.
   - Optimize application performance and scalability.
   - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
   - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
   - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project
   updates
