We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator/Intern to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for updating and maintaining content on our CMS panel, ensuring accuracy, and enhancing the user experience on our website. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in website backend management and data entry tasks.
Job Description
- Efficiently update and maintain web pages through our backend system to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Input and manage data accurately within our CMS panel, ensuring all information is up-to-date and consistent across platforms.
- Assist in editing or updating website content as required, ensuring it aligns with company standards and objectives.
- Regularly review and audit website content to identify and rectify any errors or inconsistencies.
- Work closely with the IT and content teams to ensure seamless integration of updates and changes.
Requirements
- Familiarity with basic computer software (like Microsoft Word or Excel).
- Fast typing skills with high accuracy and attention to details.
- Strong knowledge of internet navigation and search engine operations.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in data entry or website management is a plus but not mandatory for interns
