Accounts Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist in the preparation of Profit & Loss statements and other financial reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Organize and manage accounting documentation and ensure timely record-keeping.
• Support the finance team in day-to-day accounting tasks.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills for internal coordination.
• Qualification: Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent is preferred.
