Roles & Responsibilities:

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare annual budgets and track variances to ensure financial discipline and alignment with organizational goals
• Project Cost Management: Develop and maintain project cost sheets, ensuring accurate cost tracking and reporting.
• Tender & Bid Support: Collaborate with business teams to review tender costs and optimize bids from a financial perspective.
• Financial Modeling: Create detailed financial models to support business bids and strategic decision-making.
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop SOPs for financial reporting to streamline processes and maintain consistency.
• Profitability Analysis: Prepare and present segment-wise profitability reports to provide insights into business performance.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Work closely with management and business teams to deliver various financial reports and analyses, aiding in strategic planning and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Masters degree or professional

certification (e.g., CA, CPA) is preferred.
