Senior Manager - HR Business Partner
Position Overview:
We are an E-commerce startup affiliated with a renowned retail store, seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager - HR Business Partner to lead our operations who can own the end-to-end Employee Lifecycle Management. The ideal candidate will oversee all HR functions and administrative operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Drive organizational development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the recruitment and onboarding process meets organizational needs.
- Succession Planning.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment and oversee employee relations activities.
- Implement effective communication strategies and conflict resolution processes.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
Performance Management:
- Design and implement performance management systems to drive high performance.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on performance evaluation and feedback.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
- Monitor market trends and adjust compensation strategies as needed.
- Lead the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements in compliance with statutory regulations.
Legal Compliance and Administration:
- Ensure compliance with all labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage administrative functions including facilities, security, and vendor relationships.
Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification - Post Graduate degree, with specialization in HR.
- Proven experience as an HR leader with a minimum of 8 years.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions including talent management, compensation, and employee relations.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage others.
- Familiarity with Indian labour legislation and regulatory aspects desired.
