Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize AI models focusing on NLP, ML, and LLMs.
• Design, train, and fine-tune machine learning models for various applications.
• Work with different databases (SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases) to store, retrieve, and process AI-related data efficiently.
• Integrate AI models into existing systems and applications, ensuring seamless performance.
• Optimize and scale AI solutions for real-world deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and NLP technologies and integrate them into our workflows.
• Conduct experiments, evaluate model performance, and iterate for continuous improvement.
• Implement best practices for AI model monitoring, maintenance, and security.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and related AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with NLP techniques, LLM fine-tuning, and deep learning architectures.
• Familiarity with various databases (SQL, NoSQL, vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS).
• Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization techniques.
• Experience in deploying AI models into production environments using APIs, Docker, or cloud services.
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform data analysis to improve model accuracy.
• Knowledge of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
