Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and manage production schedules based on demand forecasts, ensuring optimal use of resources.
  • Adjust schedules to meet production targets and accommodate changes in design, specifications, and orders.
  • Work closely with the Quality Assurance department to identify defects, implement corrective actions, and drive zero-defect manufacturing processes.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase the efficiency of production lines.
  • Manage the allocation of manpower, machinery, and equipment to meet production demands.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
