About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Manager to manage and enhance our online marketplace presence, with a focus on Amazon operations. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, maintain a high level of organization, and demonstrate expertise in Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.Key Responsibilities:

1. Amazon Account Management:
• Handle day-to-day operations for Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts.
• Manage case logs, provide timely resolutions, and ensure smooth account functioning.
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics, such as order defect rate, late shipment rate, and customer satisfaction.
2. Content Management:
• Create, update, and optimize Amazon listings, ensuring accurate product descriptions, titles, keywords, and images.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop engaging A+ Content and brand stores.
3. Issue Resolution:
• Provide support for resolving listing issues, account health concerns, and policy violations.
• Liaise with Amazon support to address escalations and prevent account suspensions
