Experience Required: 5-6 years of experience in managing Accounts Receivable Operations, Revenue Collection, and Customer Relationships, preferably within the Renewable Energy Sector - Solar Energy.

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Executive / Senior Executive in Accounts Receivable Operations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in revenue collection, customer relationship management, and compliance, with strong knowledge of the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payment Analysis & Tracking:

1) Analyze customer payments and prepare daily Corporate Account Receivable Reports.

2) Ensure timely tracking and resolution of payment discrepancies.

• Open Access Transactions Management:

1) Manage settlement of open access units in off-takers' electricity bills.

2) Resolve issues related to open access transactions efficiently.

• Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs):

1) Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of PPA terms and ensure compliance.

2) Address queries related to contractual obligations.

• Regulatory Knowledge:

1) Stay updated with electricity regulations and their impact on transactions.

2) Ensure alignment with industry standards and legal frameworks.

• Stakeholder Coordination:

1) Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet financial targets.

2) Foster positive relationships to support business operations.

• Payment Security Management:

1) Prepare and manage payment security BG formats.

2) Collect and verify BGs from off-takers as per PPA clauses.

• Data Collection & Onboarding:

1) Collect details from off-takers, including GST, PAN, contact numbers, and billing-related
information.

2) Ensure seamless onboarding of new off-takers.

• Stakeholder Meetings & Process Guidance:

1) Schedule and lead meetings with new off-takers for initial onboarding.

2) Provide guidance on billing processes, payment collection, security BG requirements, open
access charges, and bill settlement procedures.

Desired Skills and Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge in MS Excel and PPT , Power BI, Data Analysis, MS Office Dynamic 365
• Familiarity with renewable energy operations, open access mechanisms, and PPA frameworks.
