TITLE : HR Manager.
INDUSTRY : Wine & Spirits.
EXPERIENCE : 6+ Years.
LOCATION : Delhi.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES:
Recruitment & On Boarding.
- End-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring smooth and swift transition from initial advertisement to the job offer & managed candidate data.
- Screening of the resumes, interview and assessment of the candidate.
- Handling of candidate interview rounds, negotiations and offer to the candidate.
- Handling the complete on-boarding and induction process for the new joinees.
- Performance Appraisal Management.
- Initiating the confirmation process for all the employees.
- Conducting the mid-term and annual performance appraisal process for the team.
- Coordinating with top management to finalize the performance rating of each team member and to ensure the feedback and rating has been communicated to them by their reporting manager.
- Working on the new compensation structure for the team in line with their performance rating & promotions and to issue the promotion & increment letters.
- Employee Relations and HR Portal.
- Ensuring to maintain flawless communication with the employees; ensuring timely resolution of employee grievances and queries.
- Managing the HR Portal and timely updating of the employee data on the portal and coordinating with the backend team to solve the portal issues timely.
Payroll Management:
- Preparing payroll by compiling data such as new joinee and exit data.
- Manage employee payroll queries and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc. ) by timely raising the challans. and sharing them with accounts team and maintain records.
- Establish and maintain compliance with all relevant statutory requirements like PF, ESIC and POSH fillings, processes, and policies.
- NAO SPIRITS & BEVERAGES.
- Ensured completion of the exit formalities, conducting exit interviews.
- Sending F&F communication and relieving letters to the ex-employees.
Miscellaneous:
- Sharing the addition and deletion data with the insurance companies timely for the inclusion in the insurance coverage.
- Coordination with the GT team for ESOP work.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Master's degree is preferred.
- At least 6 years of related work experience.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team oriented, pro-active problem solver, attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships among team members.
