Quality Analyst

Position Overview: The Quality Control Executive is responsible for ensuring the quality of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods by conducting thorough inspections, tests, and analyses. The role requires a strong background in chemistry, attention to detail, and adherence to regulatory and company quality standards.

Role & responsibilities

• Accurately document all test results and observations in laboratory notebooks and computerized systems.
• Conduct chemical and physical tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Prepare reports such as Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and ensure proper documentation of quality control activities.
• Work closely with the production, quality assurance, and R&D teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
• Inspect packaging materials and monitor packaging quality during production.
• Participate in cross-functional quality improvement initiatives.
• Follow all safety protocols for handling hazardous materials and ensure proper waste disposal.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemistry or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a quality control laboratory (preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates).
• Strong knowledge of GLP/GMP and quality standards.
• Understanding of chemical safety and laboratory best practices.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
