Key Responsibilities:

• Perform gauge calibration activities in adherence to quality standards and operational requirements.
• Maintain and update calibration records for all tools and gauges as per ISO and company standards.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair gauges and measurement tools, ensuring optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the quality team to ensure all instruments meet required specifications.
• Assist in developing and implementing quality control processes related to calibration activities.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure calibration compliance across departments.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: ITI in Mechanical, Tool & Die, or a related field.
• 0 - 2 years of experience in gauge calibration or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of calibration processes, measurement tools, and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
