Fashion Designer - Menswear

We are looking for an experienced Fashion Designer Menswear to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of men's fashion, strong technical skills, and the ability to create trendsetting menswear collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify upcoming menswear trends, fabrics, and silhouettes.
• Develop innovative and stylish designs for menswear collections.
• Create sketches, mood boards, and digital illustrations.
• Oversee the entire design process, from initial concept to production.
• Collaborate with pattern makers, tailors, and production teams to ensure high-quality execution.
• Source suitable fabrics, trims, and accessories for collections.
• Work closely with the merchandising team to align designs with market demand.
• Ensure all designs reflect the brand's aesthetic and target audience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• At least 4+ years of experience in menswear fashion design.
• Strong design and illustration skills, with expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
• Solid understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and production techniques.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong eye for trends.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
