Field Officer For Used Vehicle Finance

Role & responsibilities

• Achieve budgets in terms of total disbursal

Volumes, budgeted IRR and Cross Sell.

• Recruit, develop and grow a performing

team at the branch for used commercial

vehicle business.

• Ensure productivity norms of the team as a

unit.

• Acquire direct customers and fleets of Pre-

owned and Used commercial vehicles.

• Identify and source new channel partners

from organized and unorganized segment of

the market.

• Build and develop relationship with used CV

dealers, brokers , referral partners in the

assigned territory.

• Ensure RC and Insurance transfers through

empaneled RTO Agencies.

• Ensure the assets are duly insured and

contingencies are covered.

• Ensure portfolio quality and be responsible

for early delinquency & collections for 12

months.

• Ensure all documents, KYC, asset papers are

in good order.
