  • We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Service Engineer to join our team
  • The Sales & Service Engineer will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing technical support to our clients
  • This role requires a combination of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Responsibilities:Identify and target potential clients and markets to generate new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, actively pursuing leads and converting them into customers
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with our products and services
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, negotiating terms and pricing as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their inquiries and providing ongoing support
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients, resolving technical issues and answering questions about products
  • Conduct on-site visits to customer locations for consultations, product installations, and service demonstrations
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our products and services
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns to drive sales
  • Continuously assess and improve the customer experience and satisfaction
  • Participate in product development discussions by providing customer feedback and insights
  • Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Technical background is preferred
  • Proven experience in technical sales, field service, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of technical products, systems, and solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales tracking tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations as required
  • Preferred:Experience in industries such as manufacturing, industrial equipment, technology, or engineering services
  • Familiarity with consultative selling techniques
  • Previous experience in a combined sales and technical support role
