Data Analyst

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Data Analyst with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing, interpreting, and visualizing data to help drive strategic business decisions. You will leverage a range of tools, including Power BI, Python, SQL, Excel, and Azure, to manipulate data, generate insights, and present findings effectively to stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Insights: Use your analytical skills to examine large datasets, identify trends, and generate actionable insights that will inform business decisions.
• SQL & Data Extraction: Write complex SQL queries for data extraction and reporting. You will be responsible for querying and manipulating relational databases to generate accurate, actionable reports.
• Data Modeling & Transformation: Build data models and data pipelines for clean, structured, and reliable datasets. Experience with ETL processes is crucial to ensure smooth data integration.
• Python for Data Analysis: Use Python for data analysis tasks, automation, and creating statistical models. Libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib will be part of your daily toolset.
• Azure Integration: Work with Azure cloud services like Azure SQL and Azure Data Factory to integrate and transform data from multiple sources, ensuring scalability and efficiency in data management.
• Excel Expertise: You will use advanced Excel functions (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH) for data manipulation and analysis.

Preferred candidate profile

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Power BI for reporting and dashboards.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating relational databases.
• Proficiency in Python, including libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
• Solid expertise in Excel, including advanced functions and analysis.
• Experience working with Azure cloud services such as Azure SQL and Azure Data Factory.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with DAX for Power BI report enhancements.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques for predictive analytics
