Job Description: Agency Manager - Life Insurance

Role Overview: The Agency Manager will lead a team of insurance advisors, focusing on recruitment, training, and performance management to achieve sales targets. The role involves motivating advisors, ensuring adherence to compliance, and maintaining strong relationships with both advisors and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Licensing:
   
• Identify and recruit potential insurance advisors.
• Guide advisors through the licensing process (IRDA examination).
• Present career opportunities and ensure advisors complete necessary documentation and training.
2. Sales Target Achievement:
   
• Educate advisors on the company's value propositions, compensation policies, and compliance.
• Set and track monthly/quarterly sales targets with advisors.
• Motivate and monitor advisor performance through regular engagement.
3. Training and Development:
   
• Provide on-the-job training and support to improve advisors' selling skills.
• Accompany advisors on joint calls and assist in solution design for customers.
• Organize performance reviews and ensure continuous learning.
4. Relationship Management:
   
• Build and maintain strong, supportive relationships with advisors.
• Keep advisors updated on new products and schemes.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and improve operations.
5. Retention and Renewals:
   
• Track and manage policy renewals to ensure consistent business.
• Follow up with advisors to ensure timely renewals and profitability.

Key Challenges:

• Recruiting and retaining quality advisors in a competitive market.
• Overcoming market fluctuations and increasing competition.
• Ensuring smooth policy issuance and delivery while managing client relationships.
