Job Overview:

Candidate shall be responsible for driving growth and increasing revenue by identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall sales and growth strategy. The role requires a strong understanding of the Indian market, client needs, and industry trends to develop tailored outsourcing solutions that enhance operational efficiency for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Strategy:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the domestic BPO market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including key decision-makers in industries like telecom, BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance), retail, healthcare, and e-commerce.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to position the company as a leader in the domestic BPO space.

Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA) is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, client management within the BPO/Outsourcing industry.
• Proven experience in selling and managing BPO services to domestic clients in India.
• Strong understanding of domestic BPO operations, service offerings, and market dynamics.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position
• Travel may be required to meet clients and attend industry events.
• Flexible working hours may be needed based on client demands.
