Job Description
As we expand, we seek dynamic and seasoned Senior Experienced Professionals for Digital Marketing to steer our Digital Strategy and Marketing projects. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with USA-based customers, demonstrating a track record of delivering meaningful ROI and Strategy Planning achievements. Given our focus on the US insurance industry , a strong understanding of US insurance perspectives is an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy and Marketing Leadership:
- Overseeing & working on digital strategy and marketing projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry trends.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored for the USA-based businesses.
Client Management:
- Manage relationships with USA-based customers, understand their needs, and provide strategic digital solutions.
- Deliver measurable achievements in terms of ROI and contribute to client satisfaction and retention.
PPC Campaign Management:
- Develop and implement effective PPC campaigns, optimizing for maximum ROI.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine and improve PPC strategies continuously.
Insurance Industry Expertise:
- Leverage knowledge of the USA insurance landscape to tailor digital marketing strategies for maximum impact.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide regular and insightful reports to clients, demonstrating the success of digital marketing initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing roles, managing teams as well.
- Hands-on experience with PPC campaign management and strategy development.
- Understanding of the USA Insurance industry landscape.
- Expert in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
Tools Expertise:
- Google Ads: Proficiency in setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns.
- Linked In Ads Manager: Experience is Linked In based ads management
- Facebook Ads Manager: Experience in creating and managing targeted campaigns.
- Google Analytics: Utilization for tracking and analyzing website and campaign performance.
- SEO Tools: Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, ahref or Moz for search engine optimization
