Business Development Executive

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing growth strategies and plans
• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
• Increasing client base
• Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
• Writing business proposals.
• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
• Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
• Design and update job descriptions.
• Source potential candidates from various online channels. 
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
• Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in person).
• Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally. in-person company.
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
• Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
• Create marketing goals related to customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue.
• Pitch products to prospective clients and ensure maximum conversion.
• Interacting with potential clients on potential requirements and preferences
• Conduct market research on competitors to augment marketing efforts.
• Specify a company's target audience based on market research.
• Cultivate relationships with potential customers. such as prospects and leads to build the company's client
