Quantity Surveyor - MEP

1) Take off the quantity / Measurement from the drawing / as per site condition as per the requirement.

2) Preparation of Bill of Quantity (BOQ) under standing drawings & Specifications
3) Preparation of tender documentation queries to consultants/clients to confirm and collect any missing data.
4) Bill certification review and validation
5) Preparation / review Cost Estimation  and Breakups for materials , Installation works
6) Ensure full coordination between all other disciplines/Trades has been carried out for all external and internal MEP services.
7) Knowledge in initial review of projects, condition of contract, contract documents, specification and design drawing.
8) To assist in checking & evaluating the Cost budgets, Project plan, and schedule of various projects working submitted by the planning dept under various Project Heads
9) To prepare rate analysis and work out the estimated cost for any item of work taking into account prevailing costs of materials and labor
10) Assist in the preparation of tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation

Requirements:

Qualification Required: Graduate with BE or B tech in Electrical / B.E., Equivalent
Experience : 5-6 Years Of Experience
Soft Skill / Computer Silks Required :MS Office, Auto Cad
