Executive - Patient Care

About the role:-

We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Executive for Front Office and Patient Care Services to join our team at Sukoon Healthcare. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills and a friendly behaviour, as they will be the first point of contact for clients/residents and visitors. The Front Office Executive will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the Sukoon front desk.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Greet and welcome clients/residents, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Register and assist clients/residents in completing necessary forms and documentation for admission, discharge, and appointments.
• Financial Counseling of families for in patient care.
• To facilitate OPD patients in terms of registration, file making, consultation, payment, feedback completion, & documents or report handover to patient.
• IPD & OPD coordination.
