IPQC Lead

Role & responsibilities

1. Monitor feed bag weights and ensure FIFO (First-In-First-Out) implementation.

2. Control feed particle size and minimize powder content.

3. Ensure accurate batch weighing for feed formula additives.

4. Cross-check manual batching materials for current feed production.

5. Verify mixer cleaning and detect any leakages.

6. Check hammer mill sieves for proper functioning.

7. Monitor pellet mill temperatures and steam levels.

8. Ensure premix bins are empty before product changes.

9. Control sieve powder levels.

10. Inspect all raw materials during unloading.

11. Audit and cross-check batch materials.

12. Verify premix CO certificates.

13. Clean mixers and monitor Coefficient of Variation (CV).

14. Check mixers' CV levels weekly.

Monitor FIFO system in the medicine godown.

Preferred candidate profile

B.Sc/M.Sc(Chemistry)

2-5 Years experience in Poultry/Cattle Feeds industry
