Role & responsibilities

• Ensuring the Quality requirements of Suguna Foods online & Offline outlets for Pan India along with the channel partners DCs
• All Suguna DCs and channel partner like(Swiggy Zomato Zepto Blinkit, Bigbasket) are controlled as per Suguna Quality parameters.
• Monitoring non-compliances and improvement areas for all manufacturing locations and Delivery centres on a continuous basis.
• Identifying key risks to quality, food safety & regulatory compliance in the manufacturing & distribution process and assisting towards addressing the inadequacies.
• FPR are for Food safety and regulatory (FSSC) ESG/IMS (ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and SA 8000) adherence in Plant and front-end delivery centres.
• Reviewing results of analysis daily to identify problems
• Interacting with production management and operations teams to ensure appropriate people are involved in problem solving sessions.
• Taking the appropriate and correct techniques to facilitate problem-solving session.
• Verifying that corrective action has been implemented and that the problem has been resolved.
• Taking part in the CAP process, specifically in the assessment of quality analyses competence, development of training material, specifically in quality analysis.
• Interacting with interdepartmental teams on an ongoing basis to identify coaching needs.
• Reviewing on regular basis the auditing schedule to identify the monthly, quarterly quality & food safety audits required.
• Interacting with, production and operational teams to obtain required information for quality & food safety audit and Quality culture development.
• Carrying out specialized analyses in support of the evaluation of continuous improvement opportunities.
• Determining additional analytic work required evaluating continuous improvement opportunities.
