Project Manager (Luxury Residential)

Job description

Sudyog InfraProjects Private Limited is a construction company engaged in luxury residential construction in South Delhi and the NCR region, and we are looking for a Project Manager who will be involved with the present and future projects of the company.

The ideal candidate has experience as General Manager / Project Manager with luxury residential contracting / development companies in the Delhi NCR region. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked on projects of farmhouses / independent houses / villas.

Please note: It is a MUST to share addresses and plot sizes of projects you have worked on

Must-have skills: MS Excel

Responsibilities include:
1. Project planning and co-ordination with Site Teams / Architects / Clients.
2. Defining and tracking project schedules, timelines and budgets.
3. Managing project tasks and schedules using Project Management Tools such as MS Project.
4. Co-ordination between architect, contractor and different vendors.
5. Preparing reports to monitor and track progress on site (in MS Excel / Other Tools).
6. Overseeing checking of bills and quantities.
7. Co-ordinating with the various vendors and consultants on various projects.
8. Overall project supervision, liasoning and co-ordination.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
