Job Title: Sales and Tender Support

Work Mode: In-office

Location: Gurugram

Experience Required: 2 to 4 years


Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Sales and Tender Support professional to assist our sales team with managing tender submissions, client inquiries, and preparing sales documents. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the tendering process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial for ensuring timely and compliant submissions of tenders, as well as supporting the sales team with all aspects of administrative and documentation tasks.

Key Responsibilities:


Tender Management:

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders for various projects, ensuring all client requirements and deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, legal, technical, finance) to gather the necessary information for tender responses.
  • Ensure that all required documents, including technical specifications, certifications, and financial details, are included in tender submissions.
  • Track and manage the status of ongoing tenders, ensuring timely follow-up and client feedback.

Sales Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing quotations, product proposals, and other sales-related documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including client communications, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in managing the sales pipeline and updating the customer database.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain an organized system for tender and sales documents, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company standards.
  • Prepare and share regular reports on tender statuses, sales performance, and client feedback.

Qualifications:


Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support or a similar role, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with the tendering process and bid submission procedures is essential.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
