Role Overview

As a Software Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that meet high-quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient applications while ensuring best practices in software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Development: Develop and maintain robust, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions within deadlines.
• Code Quality: Ensure high-quality code through thorough testing, debugging, and adherence to industry best practices.
• Full-Stack Development: Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components for web applications.
• Optimization & Security: Implement performance optimization strategies and follow best security practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Programming Languages:

• Java / Node.js / React

Front-End Technologies:

• React.js, HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS

Back-End Technologies:

• Spring Boot / NestJS / Express.js (Node.js)

Databases & Storage:

• PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB

Version Control & CI/CD:

• GitHub / GitLab, branching strategies, CI/CD integration (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)

Software Testing & Debugging:

• Unit testing (Jest / JUnit), integration testing, end-to-end testing (Cypress / Selenium)

Development Methodologies & Tools:

• Agile, Scrum, Jira

Cloud & DevOps (Preferred):

• AWS (Route 53, S3, EC2, Lambda, RDS, CloudFront), Docker, Kubernetes

Security & Authentication:

• OAuth, JWT, role-based access control (RBAC), web security best practices

Performance Optimization:

• Code splitting, caching strategies, database indexing, API optimization

Other Tools:

• Figma (for UI/UX design inputs)
