Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Operations Coordinator / Pre-Sales Specialist to provide comprehensive support to the sales team, manage technical operations, and ensure seamless project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver innovative solutions in the fields of UAVs, robotics, and high-tech projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, provide technical insights, and prepare compelling proposals to drive conversions.
• Technical Understanding: Gain in-depth knowledge of the companys products (UAVs, robotics, etc.) to address client queries, create tailored solutions, and position offerings effectively.
• CRM Management: Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and sales progress.
• Customer Interaction: Serve as a technical point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, managing complaints, and supporting after-sales requirements with professionalism.
• Lead Qualification: Analyze customer needs, qualify leads, and assist the sales team in prioritizing opportunities.
• Project Coordination: Oversee technical project milestones, ensuring timely execution and delivering quality outcomes to meet client expectations.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including customer interactions, project workflows, and reports using advanced Excel, Word, and CRM tools.
• Tender & Proposal Support: Assist in preparing bids and tender documentation, ensuring technical compliance and timely submissions.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in operations and suggest solutions to enhance overall technical and sales support processes.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with technical, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical understanding of UAVs, robotics, or related high-tech systems.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• CRM management expertise with attention to detail in data tracking and reporting.
• Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong customer relationships.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Electronics, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 3-5 years in technical operations, pre-sales, or sales support roles, preferably in UAVs, robotics, or technology-driven industries.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of UAV and robotics systems is highly preferred. Experience in tender and government/defense-related documentation is an advantage.
• Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems, project tracking tools, and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
