About us:
Subko is committed to an ideal: to help reimagine, re-design and re-invent an unlikely originthe Indian Subcontinent- as a legitimate contributor to the global specialty coffee, craft baking and pod-to-bar chocolate making movements.
Only raw materials enter Subko's facilities: all of the coffee, bakehouse and cacao products are crafted from scratch, in house.
From crop to cup, pod to bar, and farm to table.
We aim to provide a detailed, high quality coffee, bake and chocolate experience to all our guests.
We are looking for a Marketing ManagerBrand Partnerships & External Communications to be the strategic lead and liaison between Subko and all our external brand partners, collaborations and community efforts .
Our ideal candidate is a team-spirited, skilled and imaginative marketer with an eye for detail.
If you can grasp project requirements quickly and offer valuable insight, we'd like to meet you.
We are currently searching for someone who is willing to take on a multi-faceted role, drive the external marketing efforts, as well as provide insights internally that would help shape overall marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market research: analysis of competitor content and customer feedback to inform the development of winning strategies.
- Audience analysis: regular checking of analytics data to identify trends in reader engagement and adapt accordingly.
- Strategy development: brainstorming and implementing innovative ideas for possible partnerships and collaborations.
- Content Strategy: Oversee all content strategy and execution for the purposes of collaborations and partnerships.
- Product promotion: creating promotional copy for products or services in line with branding guidelines for events.
- Performance tracking: monitoring and reporting on the performance of products for relevant events, adjusting as necessary to maximize reach.
- Data analysis: using analytics tools to assess trends in reader engagement and make data-driven decisions.
- Overseeing the success of any events in person or via community team.
Skills Required:
- 6-10 years experience in Marketing and related fields.
- Brownie points for having experience with academic writing.
- Experience with D2C or growing brands in the FMCG/Retail industry.
- Prior experience with collaborations and partnerships for a brand.
- Strong communication, research, and typing skills.
- Creativity, resourcefulness, flexibility, and motivation.
- Positive attitude, reliable, and punctual.
