Telecaller & Manager

Role & responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing English & Bengali calls to prospective students and parents

- Provide information about our college and its programs

- Build relationships with potential students and encourage them to apply

- No target, no night shift

- Lead and manage a team of telecallers

- Develop and implement strategies to attract new students

- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and industry partners

Preferred candidate profile

1-5 years of experience in telecalling or lead generation industry (insurance sector preferred).

• Excellent calling, outbound, inbound, leadership skills, and management skills required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
