Kapiva - Manager - Performance Marketing - Marketplace (3-5 yrs)

Role: Performance Marketing Manager.

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate/Post Graduate in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.

- Candidate having prior experience(3-4 years) in Amazon and Flipkart marketing, search/DSP/display marketing.

- Team Leader running the marketplace ads operations.

Key Deliverables of the Role:

- Working with ecommerce customers (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit etc) and agencies/in house teams to execute media plans.

- Providing key strategic inputs to drive performance efficiency.

- Internal co-ordination with other support functions.

- ROAS tracking for media spends.

- Publishing reports for media performance across portals.

Skills and Competencies:

Functional :

- Amazon/Flipkart search/display.

- AMS search/display/DSP.

- Flipkart PLA/PCA.

- E-comm Merchandising.

- Media planning.

- High Level of organization & planning skills.

- Ability to influence stakeholders.
