4 5 Year Experience

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Skilled in Trend Research / Fashion Sketches / Technical Design Packages / Color Palette Detailing / Line Sheets & Story Boards / Basic knowledge of Graphic & All over prints
• Previous knowledge making Technical Sheets / Flat Sketches as per direction
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Excel

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Fashion design
• Overseeing the research and development of new styles for an organization
• Managing the design process from conception through to final styling
• Collaborating with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to line, and create new concepts.
• Independent worker who produces consistent, high-quality designs
• Good communication skills
• Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
• Ability to think creatively and problem-solve on the projects.
• Strong adherence to deadlines with minimal supervision
• Must be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude; someone who is able to shift gears quickly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in creative role with a strong portfolio in both fashion and graphic design.
• Good in communication and project management skills.

Knowledge of Printing and other techniques

Skills will be tested for software and multiple parameters via a test.
