Process Engineer

Job Description:

1. Drafting and Implementation of PFC and SOPs on the shop floor and standardizing the changes in the operations.

2. Time-Motion study of Machine shop & assembly line & setting production norms

3. Monitoring of 5-S & kaizen activities in the company.

4. Calculation of performance rating, non-defective rate & O.E.E. of all machines

5. Analyzing man loss hours & machine loss hours and deciding necessary counter measure action.

6. Improve productivity through lean, Low cost Automation, optimizing layouts and materials flow.

7. Training to Operators/Assistant in 5S and KAIZEN.

8. Rationalize manpower through proper time & motion studies and their implementation on the shop floor

9. Life Monitoring of High Value Consumable items.

10. Consumable cost Reduction.

11. Defining Product and Process Matrix

12. Defining Process and Machine relationship
