Studybase is looking for experienced Tech support to join our team. You will be responsible for creating reports, designing and training customers. Your main goal for this role will be to deliver reports on time to customers. In addition to this, you should have good technical skills with the ability to complete the required tasks.
Responsibilities
Provide customer support for technical inquiries by phone,email and online chat.
Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend solutions
Manage customer accounts
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
collaborate with support staff to ensure excellent customer service
Provide feedback to management on customer satisfaction
