We are currently seeking an Interior design cum Telecaller to join our team for Interior design and execution projects. As a Design Professional, you are responsible for converting potential client leads to Business by connecting and rigorous follow-ups and design skills..

Interior Designer Job Responsibilities:

• Should be able to handel the client lead inventory.. Make calls and follow ups for kickoff meetings required for converting leads to business..
• Develops design concepts and produces design brief based on client needs.
• Meets with clients to program the project requirements.
• Takes accurate as-built measurements for developing floor plans and elevations.
• Creates design concepts and digital presentations with finish selections, furnishings, and fixtures.
• Presents design concepts and takes detailed notes to address customer requests.
• Creates project budgets and maintains up-to-date documentation of all activities.
• Preparation of Interior working drawings .
• Preparation of concept presentations.
• Vendor coordination.
• Structure and MEP coordination in drawings.
• Coordination with team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Should be able to deliver work within timelines.
• Preparation of good 3d views and renderings..

PROFICIENCY IN AUTOCAD, SKETCHUP, PHOTOSHOP AND RENDERING SOFTWARES IS A MUST..
