Service Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide after-sales service support to customers by installing, repairing, servicing equipment and performing field services.
  
• Conduct site visits to diagnose issues with installed equipment and implement solutions.
  
• Troubleshoot problems using technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  
• Maintain accurate records of work performed on customer sites.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in after-sales service or related field (equipment maintenance, installation, repair).
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers at their premises.
  
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems.
