Role: .Net Lead
Required Experience : 7+ Years
Location : Vadodara
Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of .Net developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical support.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing development environment.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex enterprise applications using ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, and Angular.
- Implement robust and scalable solutions, applying strong object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Clearly communicate technical concepts, both verbally and in writing, to clients, management teams, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, QA testers, and product managers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the .Net ecosystem (including Angular 2+).
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of new technologies to improve development efficiency and application performance.
- (Experience a plus) Oversee the deployment process of applications to production environments.
- (Experience a plus) Implement and manage continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Required Skills :
- 7+ years of experience in .Net development with strong proficiency in ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, C#, and Angular (2+).
- In-depth knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.
- Experience with complex enterprise application development and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
