Role & responsibilities

• Financial Data Management:

Professional Certifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory):

1. Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI (India).
2. Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from ICMAI (India) or an international equivalent.
3. Cost and Works Accountant (CWA) from ICWAI.
4. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) International certification.
5. Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) – Level 1.

Work Experience:

1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related role.
2. Experience with accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
3. Familiarity with GST, TDS, income tax filing, and corporate finance.

Technical and Software Proficiency:

1. Accounting Software:
   
• Tally ERP (Most preferred in Indian companies).

2. MS Office Skills:

• Excel (Advanced) – Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, and Financial Modeling.
• Word & PowerPoint – For preparing financial reports and presentations.

ERP Systems: Experience in working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools is a plus.

Additional Skills:

1. Understanding of Financial Regulations (Indian GAAP, IFRS, and Companies Act, 2013).
2. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills to assess financial statements and compliance risks.
3. Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills for coordination with different departments.
