Job Description
Responsibilities.
Support the onboarding process by preparing and organizing necessary documentation for new hires.Ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed accurately and filed according to company protocols. Assist in the coordination and documentation of performance management processes. Support recruitment by coordinating interview schedules, communicating with candidates, and maintaining recruitment records. Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies, and procedures, help maintain and update compliance documentation and records. Prepare and maintain various HR reports as required, ensuring they are completed within the established Turnaround Times (TATs). Ensure that all reports are accurate, up-to-date, and available for review by HR management. Take the initiative to learn and understand all HR policies, processes, and best practices.
