Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales Growth & Revenue Enhancement:
- Develop strategies to drive sales growth and consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Enhance lead conversion rates and improve sales performance metrics.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead and mentor the Sales Development Team to foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.
- Support skill development and career growth for team members.
- Handle international sales closures and build strong client relationships.
Strategic Business Engagement:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify new opportunities and align sales strategies with company goals.
- Contribute to high-value business deals and market expansion initiatives.
Training & Best Practices:
- Deliver training programs to enhance skills in lead generation, negotiation, and CRM usage.
- Implement best practices to optimize team productivity and revenue outcomes.
Data-Driven Sales Optimization:
