- As a Sales Development Lead, you will focus on achieving personal sales targets while mentoring a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve collective goals.

- This role combines individual performance, team leadership, and strategic collaboration to enhance revenue and expand market presence.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Sales Growth & Revenue Enhancement:

- Develop strategies to drive sales growth and consistently exceed revenue targets.

- Enhance lead conversion rates and improve sales performance metrics.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead and mentor the Sales Development Team to foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.

- Support skill development and career growth for team members.

- Handle international sales closures and build strong client relationships.

Strategic Business Engagement:

- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify new opportunities and align sales strategies with company goals.

- Contribute to high-value business deals and market expansion initiatives.

Training & Best Practices:

- Deliver training programs to enhance skills in lead generation, negotiation, and CRM usage.

- Implement best practices to optimize team productivity and revenue outcomes.

Data-Driven Sales Optimization:

- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems, ensuring actionable insights.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- At least 5 years of proven success in B2B sales, particularly in lead conversion.

- Strong leadership and mentorship skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.

- Goal-oriented with a consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
