Scrum Master

The primary role of SCRUM Master is to ensure the delivery of the development team, support

the team and the organization regarding Agile methodology and support the product owner. The

Scrum Master is a servant leader who enables teams to self-organize, self-manage, and deliver

via effective Lean-Agile practices.

Responsibilities:

• Coaches team members on Scrum practices and monitors compliance with Scrum practices
• Ensure fluent communication between the Product Owner and the team. Support the Product

Owner in arranging and optimizing the product backlog .

• Responsible for the correct implementation of SCRUM within the team and organization

including the arrangement and facilitation of team level Scrum events. Supports estimation

process

• Creates dashboards, gathers metrics, measures, and monitors team progress; disseminates

relevant project information including action items to necessary stakeholders

• Supports adoption of methodology/Agile principles on team level
• Facilitates daily stand-up meetings to track and remove roadblocks for the scrum team, and

escalates issues in a timely manner

• Sets concrete goals for a sprint, including deadlines for completion and metrics to determine

success

• Ensures the work implemented by delivery and application teams adheres to the steps and

procedures outlined within the definition of done (DoD) framework

• Establishing an environment where the team can be effective . Address team dynamics , build

a high-performing team Focuses on ever-improving team dynamics and performance.

Helps the team manage conflicts, challenges, and opportunities for growth. Escalates

people's problems to management where necessary.

• Ensure a good relationship between the team and product owner as well as others outside

the team

• Responsible for onboarding new project teams into ways of working,
• Host daily team meetings to get updates on the progress of the project, address potential

roadblocks, and ensure that the project is on track

• Inform and align with key stakeholders, together with the Product Owner

• Having experience handling and working in Salesforce implementation projects

Experience:

• 8 to 10 years of Experience in handling large delivery programs for global clients.
