Android Native Developer

We are seeking an experienced Android Native Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java/Kotlin and a proven track record of building high-quality Android applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:
Design & develop Android applications using Java and Kotlin.
Work on app architecture, UI/UX design, and backend integrations.
Optimize app performance and resolve compatibility, memory, and battery issues.
Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to deliver new features.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Ensure app security and compliance with best practices.
Take responsibility for publishing the app to the Google Play Store.
Lead and manage a team of developers.
Stay updated with Android development trends and implement new technologies.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Android app development using Java and Kotlin.
Strong understanding of Android SDK, different Android versions, and their features.
Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and APIs.
Familiarity with Android Studio, Git, and debugging tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related fields (B.E./B.Tech/M.C.A).
