QA Lead

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to join our team in Hyderabad. If you're a collaborative team player with a strong commitment to quality and an ability to manage release cycles efficiently.

KeyResponsibilities:

Manage software releases ensuring timely, high-quality deliveries.
Plan and align release schedules with development and product teams.
Collaborate with QA teams to validate test coverage and ensure release readiness.
Lead the testing efforts, coordinating with other SDETs and developers.
Create, execute, and maintain manual and automated test suites.
Develop testing frameworks and utilities to support QA activities.
Provide detailed problem analysis and support product quality improvements.
Participate in code/design reviews, ensuring codebase quality.
Continuously improve testing methodologies and processes.

KeySkills:
8+ years of experience in release activities and software quality engineering.
Strong product acumen with experience in API/UI test automation (preferably with PyTest).
Proficient in Java, Python, and testing REST APIs.
Experience in web application testing across multiple platforms/browsers.
Excellent communication skills for local and remote team collaboration.

ValuedSkills:

Experience with GIT or similar SCM.
Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with Python and PyTest framework.
Knowledge of big data, data warehousing, and ETL.
