- Role Engineer -Production planning & Control (PPC).
- Location Vapi, Gujarat (Manufacturing unit).
- Qualification – Diploma / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience – 2 to 3 Years +
- Roles & Responsibilities are as follows: -
- Assemble & start production of New Geonet Extrusion line & non-woven lamination line. (New launched product).
- Working experience of production line of Geogrid (Knitting & Chemical coating).
- Set of New machine and ensure their process work for production, documentation.
- Review & determines necessary equipment and change parts with production maintenance.
- personal for all new as well as existing product with safety.
- Establishment of SOPs & Quality Standard to get good quality product.
- Preparation of Maintenance Budget, LOTO & Spare parts management.
- Monitoring the regular Internal testing results.
- Experience in Maintenance & Trouble shooting of Hydraulic systems, Gear box, Pneumatic Cylinder & Valves.
- Design & Implemented cost, effective device and modification.
- Experience in SAP.
- Design Machine component using AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of heavy fabrication of shutters used for concrete casting.
