Job Description

  • MIS Reporting:
    • Generate and analyze MIS reports to support OTC.
    • Report and follow up on various OTC activities to ensure SLAs are met.
    • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data, including billing forecasts, actuals reporting, variance analysis, forecast vs. actuals analysis, billing and revenue forecast analysis, client-wise reporting, and monthly/quarterly/yearly billing analysis.
    • Conduct Work-in-Process (WIP) analysis.
  • Team Management:
    • Generate and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner.
    • Review and verify billing data for accuracy and completeness.
    • Manage customer billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
    • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth billing operations.
    • Ensure billing and revenue schedules are in place before starting invoicing.
    • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
    • Communicate and interact with different stakeholders to ensure high-level completion of work.
    • Ensure contracts are set up correctly in the system and in compliance with agreements.
    • Maintain billing tracker and billing cheatsheet for timely and accurate invoicing.
    • Manage change requests and change orders.
    • Review and interpret complex contracts to extract billing-related information.
    • Accurately calculate billing values based on contract terms and conditions.
    • Maintain accurate records of billing information and ensure data integrity.
    • Work closely with the finance, legal, and sales teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing.
  • Compliance:
    • Ensure all billing activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
Skills & Competencies
  • Experience managing a minimum 10-member team.
  • Ability to read and understand complex contracts.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data for reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office at an intermediate level.
  • Accuracy, thoroughness, and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Team management skills.
Requirements
  • Experience: 8+ years, OTC experience preferred.
  • Educational Qualification: Masters or Graduates - MBA, M. Com, B. Com, BBA, or any qualified professional accounting courses.
  • Preferred Language: English.
  • Shift Hours: Flexible to work different shift hours as per business requirements (Normally 2 PM to 11 PM shift).
